Each cutting edge class is designed to challenge your body, renew your motivation, and yield incredible results. From aerobics and cardiovascular training to strength and resistance training to dance, yoga and pilates. Our classes are tailored to meet all fitness levels.
 
Les Mills Group Fitness
Les Mills group fitness classes have stamped a huge ‘footprint’ on the industry and gained recognition for “doing for group exercise what McDonald’s did for hamburgers”. Great music and passionate instructors inspire exhilarating workouts that more and more club members are making part of their regular fitness routine at Ringside Fitness.

Aerobics
These classes offer our members a wide variety of ways to get fit and stay fit for life. All classes take place in a private air conditioned classroom uniquely choreographed to your favorite music and are taught by the most highly trained and knowledgeable instructors in the area. Fitness doesn’t have to be boring, especially when you have such a huge selection of classes to choose from.
   
Pilates
This class is designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, muscle tone and your mental outlook. Class may include light weights and standing pilates. This gentle, refreshing mind-body workout stretches & strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and agility and develops core control and a strong back. May include light weights & standing pilates.
 
   
Indoor Cycling
This class brings home the Ringside motto, “Life is short, sweat hard.” Whether you are an experienced rider training for your next race, a trail rider, a leisurely bike path cruiser, or a “haven’t ridden since I got that red trike for my 2nd birthday” rider, this class accommodates all levels of fitness enthusiasts. All classes take place in the Spin Cellar, a room designed exclusively for indoor cycling. All of our bikes are top of the line LeMond stationary bikes to make your spinning experience the most comfortable it can possibly be.
 
   
Strength & Toning
The benefits of regular strength training are tremendous. Building bone and muscle, boosting your metabolism, and improving muscle definition, strength and endurance are just a few of those benefits. This hour will fly by as you work lower/upper body and core with weights, bands, bars and/or balls. You’ll discover muscles you never knew you had!
 
   
Yoga
The sequences of poses in Iyengar yoga are designed to maintain proper spinal curvature and keep all body systems healthy. The entire body is bent, stretched and toned. The instructor will use props as needed to assist students in establishing proper alignment, comfort and relaxation in poses.
